The Planned Lifetime Advocacy Network
is a non-government, innovative solution that families can use
to provide a good standard of care for their disabled family member
once the parents have died. The 'circles of support' created for
the individuals combat their loneliness and provide them with
supporters willing to assist them with financial and legal matters,
as well as any medical and logistical problems they may encounter
in the operation of their affairs.

to live out their days or become anonymous in an impersonal service
delivery system. Now they have caring friends and supporters,
providing continuity and peace of mind to their parents.
